2. Returns & Replacements

We offer a return service available to all customers across Australia.

  • For operational reasons, direct product exchanges are not available.
  • If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order through the website.

3. Return Conditions

You may request a return under the following circumstances:

  • Within 20 days of receiving your order
  • If the product is damaged, faulty or affected during transport
  • If the item received does not match your order
  • Returns for personal reasons, including change of mind or preference, are also accepted

A return shipping label is included inside the package when you receive your order.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

If the order has not yet been dispatched and the request is made within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

After 24 hours or once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and the return process will need to be followed.
